CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER, Kyiv
Medium size international company, provider of full range consulting services in the field of financial technologies and legal. Including, but not limited to: providing payment solutions for legal entities and private individuals on a key-turn basis, consulting on legal entity formation and successful company operations at various jurisdictions. We operate in a fast-growing, highly competitive and highly demanded business niche.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- work with existing customer base without cold search
- active negotiations and meeting agreements on the terms of cooperation conditions (services provided, costs, fees, payments)
- building long-term relationships with clients and partners
- expanding the customer database
- expanding the range of services provided to each client
- deep study, selection, approval and implementation of financial technological solutions for various groups of clients. Focus on licensed high rick industry — Gambling, Betting, Adult Content, Crypto, FX, etc.
- effective and efficient interaction with operational service, both within the organization and on the client’s side
- participation in teleconferences with payment solution providers
- defending the interests of clients both within the organization and financial solutions providers
- defending the position of suppliers of payment solutions, negotiating conditions with customers
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- experience in customer relationship from 1 year
- proficiency in English at a level, allowing negotiate and discuss details (verbal and written). Any second foreign language is significant advantage
- active «listening» to the client
- strong analitical and negotitions skills/potential
- experience in finding solutions and implementation in difficult cases
- experience in colloboratong with EMI, PSPs, GATEWAY is significant advantage
